Can't compliment enough how good the hotel staff were, extremely friendly and courteous, and very helpful. From the bellboy, the cleaners (5th floor), the lady manager in the breakfast area and the reception staff, really made our stay most enjoyable.
Would absolutely recommend this hotel to all my friends and if travelling to Rome again would be my first choice in hotel.
Some of the staff were unfriendly. The terrace restaurant was much better on the website than in reality. One of the two terrace restaurant waitresses was brusque and unfriendly.
Very good hotel with excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent restaurant on site with excellent service.
I will recommend this hotel to my friends and other travelers.
Thank you for making our stay in Rome very enjoyable.

My stay at the Savoy Roma in 2006 and 2011 were very happy. Although the breakfasts are quite basic in quality, the overall value of the stay is extremely good. The staff are charming and the location is excellent.
The hotel doesn t have all the facilities that we accepted...very very poor...the rooms need remodeling immediately...
This was a great choice of hotels right near the center of everything. And the room was magnificent
Staff had excellent language skills and were very helpful. The breakfast was fabulous, with a wide variety of offerings. Car rental (Hertz) is available within easy walking distance, and hotel is only 10 minutes from the Metro Station (it is all uphill from the station, however). There is common-use Internet available, but it is VERY expensive and slow - $3 went by before the first page even loaded. Travelers should consider using nearby Internet machines in the money-changing shops. The only fault I found with the hotel was in the upscale dining area on the roof - hotel guests still must have reservations, even if the space apparently has plenty of open tables. On the plus side, there are plenty of other wonderful options for dining nearby, so being turned away actually allowed us to enjoy a great dinner elsewhere. Security in the area is excellent - the American Embassy is within sight of the hotel. There are several ATM's in the area, as well as small cafe's, wine bars, and even a small grocery (save 50% on the wine!) just down the street. The Spanish Steps, with it's upper scale shops and superb restaurants are within easy walking distance, as are the Gardens Bourghese (a nice Park and Museum). Advice - take a taxi from the Termini Station if you have luggage - the best ten Euro you'll spend! Taking the Metro will require you to take that luggage up and down several flights of stairs, and the roads and streets there are all cobblestone. A combination of Metro from the Termini to the Bernini station and a taxi will actually cost you more, and you'll walk as far as you'll ride. If you are pressed for time, take a cab (about 50 Euro)from the airport - faster and easier, and it will only cost about 15 Euro each more than the train/cab option, and you won't sweat a drop.
The hotel taxi service charges more than the agreed fare at the reception - this should be checked because it does not fit to an hotel of this quality
Excellent location. Good service. Relative to other hotels in the vicinity good value.
Within walking distance of a wide selection of restaurants and shopping. Rooms were reasonably quiet considerng the location on a fairly busy street.
